Realized today is the extra day
Which people call the leap day
Got all excited about this super Saturday
So how shall I spend this special day?
Definitely it should be a no work day
So then shall I while away the whole day?
But gotta do something splendid on this day
Maybe I should kneel down and pray
Or maybe merrily sing, dance, and play?
Or should I focus and make it a workday?
As I ponder and mull over the extra day
The cool breeze blows and the trees sway
The flowers smile and the birds fly faraway
To me, they all seem to say
"Every day seems like a holiday
When you happily walk on whichever way
Kind words are the only ones you must say
Just take that leap of faith today
And make every day of your life a special day!"
